Lakshan has over 16 years of experience in the ICT industry and has managed projects ranging from smart offices to buildings, precincts, and cities for a diverse spectrum of enterprises throughout the world.

Some of his past and present clients include Lendlease (Australia), CapitaLand (Singapore), Westpac Bank (Australia), Colliers International (APAC), BHP (APAC), British Telecom (UK), Msheireb Properties (Qatar), Scentre Group (Australia), and Hengyi (China) (New Zealand).

After a successful 9-year adventure within the Eutech group, he co-founded Spaceworx and is now entrusted with leading the company as its Chief Operating Officer.

He brings a mix of additional skill to the table, including business analysis, service delivery management, business development, partner management, and marketing, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and a great track record as an ICT project and program manager.

Climate action, animal welfare, and equality, diversity, and inclusion are all causes close to his heart. He feels that the goal of technology adoption in the CRE business should be to create environments that are both sustainable and entertaining.
